What is the list?
TIME’s World’s Most Impactful Companies list highlights 500 companies that combine global economic reach with a net positive impact on the world. 

How is it assessed?
The ranking is developed by TIME in partnership with Statista and includes data on companies’ alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, supported by science-based net impact data from The Upright Project.  

Where is European Energy ranked?
European Energy is ranked no. 45 globally on the 2026 list. 

Why does it matter? 
The recognition provides a strong external proof point for European Energy’s role in the energy transition. It can support our dialogue with colleagues, partners, investors, customers and future employees. 

European Energy has been ranked no. 45 on TIME’s World’s Most Impactful Companies of 2026 list. 

The list, developed by TIME in partnership with Statista, highlights 500 companies with global economic reach and a net positive impact on the world. According to TIME, the ranking considers how companies align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and draws on science-based net impact data from The Upright Project.
