European Energy sells wind park in Italy

The European Energy Group has closed the sale of a wind park in Italy with a total capacity of 20 MW. The wind park was acquired by a German based investment fund.
CEO Knud Erik Andersen says: “With this project, our activity level in Italy has been strengthened significantly. We have currently initiated the construction of another wind park in Italy with a total capacity of 40 MW and we are looking forward to developing many more projects here.”
The wind farm sold has been in operation since the beginning of 2017 and consists of 10 Vestas V110-2MW turbines.
The European Energy Group owned 50% of the wind farm.
