Our working environment

The environment is dynamic and professional, and we work with freedom under responsibility and an informal tone, in which all employees have the opportunity to make their mark. Our employees value our flexible working culture.

Diversity and inclusion

We welcome people with diverse backgrounds including cultural, racial, gender, educational, personality, neurodiversity, and sexual orientation. We have 51 different nationalities across our offices and see our diverse approach as an advantage.

People development

Our people development program is based on four annual development talks. The management always prioritizes their development talks with employees and development plans are made collaboratively between manager and employee.
