People development
Our people development program is based on a structured process, including a mid-year review. Development plans are made collaboratively between manager and employee.
Buddy programme
All new employees at European Energy are assigned a buddy on their first day to help them settle in. The buddy provides support and insights into company activities during the first few months and can be from the same or a different department.

How do I apply for a job at European Energy?
