European Energy is an international organization with employees from 43 different national backgrounds. By 2024, the European Energy Group has expanded to 800 highly skilled professionals. Of these 35% are women and 65% are men. We are welcoming people of all backgrounds and experiences to join us in enabling the green transition. Only with an open mind, true devotion and power of action can historic change be made.

The environment is dynamic and professional, and we work with freedom under responsibility and an informal tone, in which all employees have the opportunity to make their mark. Our employees value our flexible working culture.

Diversity and inclusion

People development

Our people development program is based on four annual development talks. The management always prioritizes their development talks with employees and development plans are made collaboratively between manager and employee.

Buddy programme

All new employees at European Energy are assigned a buddy on their first day to help them settle in. The buddy provides support and insights into company activities during the first few months and can be from the same or a different department.
